SQUATS exercise for a perfect butt

The SQUATS exercise is one of the best workouts that help you to have a perfect butt. This exercise is my very own favorite exercise for my butt.

How to do SQUATS exercise
- Let your your hands and arms straight while you're stand straight, let it in front of you.
- Then, keeping your back straight, squat as if you’re getting to sit in a very chair behind you.
- Stop once your thighs square measure level with the bottom, and your knees square measure bent at a ninety degree angle. If it helps, you'll rest on a wall to stay your balance.
