you feel irritated at work, immediately, take a deep breath. Taking a deep
breath provides you a great assistance and improves your health. Make it a
fixed exercise or a mandatory habit in your life. Here you some other benefits
of deep breathing.
Deep breathing reduce stress.
When you take a deep breath that can reduce stress levels, panic,
fear and help you think clearly. Deep breathing stimulates the parasympathetic
nervous system that leads to slow the heart rate; it can also lower high blood
pressure.
Deep breathing detoxifies the body.
Breathing deeply cleanses your blood, pumping blood throughout the
whole body, and removes toxins from your body.

When you breathe, let your abdomen expand outward, rather than
raising your shoulders. This is the better natural and relaxed way to breath,

“old” air.

or, you can do it for several minutes as a form of meditation.
