Benefits of Catwalk exercise:
This side-lying exercise will give tone and shape to your thighs, at the same time stretching the muscles. Before long, if you stick to it, you will have lovely, long, lean legs. Using the chair encourages you to work through a bigger range of movement.
How to do catwalk exercise:

  • Lie on your side and support your head with one hand. 
  • Left your top leg and place your foot on the chair.
  • Very slowly, left the lower leg to touch the underside of the chair, hold for a few seconds, lower several inches, then left straight back.
  • Continue for 30 seconds then switch legs and repeat.

  • Engage your abdominal muscles to give you balance and support
